An Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a crucial benefit offered by employers to support the mental health and overall well-being of their employees. These programs traditionally include counseling and a wide variety of other wellness tools and resources intended to help employees manage personal and work-related issues. The life coaching services offered through CWS provide individualized guidance to help members set and achieve personal and professional goals, overcome obstacles, or simply discover new perspectives.
Head of Operations and co-owner of CWS, Zach Schmit, says, “We have an unwavering commitment to raising the bar in the mental health and wellness field; for EAPs in particular. About his life, Kenyon said, “Experiences over the last 28 years have helped me become a better man, husband, and father. This next journey is all about mentoring those in need, my family, and how my family and I can share the blessings that have been placed upon us.”
“We are blessed to have Kenyon joining our team! He has such a good heart, along with an incredible personal story to share with our clients. He’s been doing this for a long time already with family and friends, and now that he is officially certified, we couldn’t be happier for our partnership,” explains Chad Charkowski, Head of Sales and co-owner of CWS.
Kenyon joins an esteemed roster of professionals at CWS, including fellow Certified Life Coach Vanessa Christenson.
